Non-Profit Mission Statement

A 501(c)3 non-profit organization since 1983, Therapet Eldercare dedicates efforts to promoting the human-animal companion bond by providing quality pet food and veterinary medical care for the companion animals of our community’s low-income elderly. We are committed to the concept of the human-animal companion bond and its positive implications for the health and well being of many elderly El Pasoans.

Therapet Program Recipients

Therapet provides pet food and veterinary care to the companion pets of pre-qualified low-income senior citizens of El Paso County. Since most Therapet clients have no family and often are homebound, these pets are truly their lives. We know many more qualified clients are out there, we just need help finding them.
